Facility Operations Assistant

Duties

• Correctly distribute or ship vendor and payroll checks to the proper location.
• Keep accurate records of pickups and deliveries of checks.
• May be required to move heavy supplies and materials in and out of stockroom.
• Keep accurate records of supplies and materials ordered and delivered.
• Assist senior staff in the operation of mail machines.
• Communicate with others both verbally and in writing.
• Adhere to the Departments time and attendance rules.

There are no education or experience qualifications for this class. Candidate must be physically able to perform the duties assigned.
