Location: City of Albany

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and foster trusted client relationships, exceeding client expectations.
  • Diligently track and organize client requests, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for both external and internal team members at all levels.
  • Frequent custodian interaction and paperwork processing, including account openings, funding, deposit electronic checks, money movements, and possibly trading tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal team members on various tasks and long‑term initiatives, from daily account management and financial statement/performance reporting to tax and planning projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of client meeting materials and ensure follow‑through on all action items.
  • Coordinate with clients’ external advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.) to track and organize all pertinent documents and information.
  • Manage and update the firm’s CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow‑up on tasks.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions.
Qualifications

  • Dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactively identify needs and solutions.

  • Independently resourceful and inquisitive.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional context.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
    Excel experience a plus.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Easily picks up new technologies and systems; will learn and use a wealth management platform for portfolio management, performance reporting, and billing.
Experience & Education
  • 0–2 years of experience; wealth management a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation Range

$70,000 – $80,000
