We're partnering with a growing wealth management firm and conducting a search for a Tax Director. If you have strong experience advising high-net-worth individuals across multiple states and are looking to lead a tax practice within a collaborative, client-focused environment, this could be a great opportunity.

• Lead and manage the firm's tax advisory services for high-net-worth clients
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex individual, trust, estate, and partnership tax returns
• Provide strategic tax planning and wealth preservation strategies
• Advise clients on multi-state tax issues, charitable planning, and estate and gift tax matters
• Research and communicate updates on tax law changes affecting high-net-worth individuals
• Mentor and develop junior tax staff
• Collaborate with financial advisors to deliver fully integrated wealth management solutions

• CPA or JD/LLM with significant tax specialization
• 8+ years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals in a public accounting or wealth management environment
• Strong technical knowledge in individual, trust, estate, and partnership taxation
• Experience advising clients with complex multi-state and international considerations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
