- Implement business development strategies, including calling efforts to promote the Bank's product & service solutions with emphasis on deposit growth.
- Actively participate in the community to maintain a strong bank presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Approve or reject loan applications within lending authority and oversee a loan portfolio of consumer and/or business customers.
- Educate prospects on the advantages of Community Bank by leveraging knowledge of bank policies, procedures, loan products, and pricing.
- Refer applicable loan opportunities to Bank business partners and collaborate with affiliates to identify referral opportunities.
- Select new branch personnel, support scheduling, and ensure branch coverage.
- Ensure staff is trained to meet customer sales and service needs and discuss performance with supervisors regularly.
- Monitor progress with District and Regional Managers to achieve growth, sales, and profit objectives.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls; complete required training on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business or equivalent; preferred specialized financial services experience.
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
- Six (6) years of sales/business development experience, with three (3) years in related banking and/or lending positions preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience.
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, mathematics, interpersonal communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Sound judgment, reasoning, prioritization ability, proficient PC knowledge.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required.

USD $66,000.00 – $ per year, commensurate with experience, plus potential for annual merit increase.
