Entertainment Team Member - The Warehouse, Albany

The Warehouse Group looks after some of Aotearoa’s most famous and beloved retail brands, including The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery and Noel Leeming. They stay famous and beloved because we’re always working to deliver relevant and exciting customer experiences to New Zealanders, including a growing number of public good and sustainability initiatives.

We are looking for a superstar for our Entertainment department, to help our customers with all their entertainment needs, whether it be preparing them to have the ultimate gaming setup, or getting setup with a new phone!

For this role, it's important that you enjoy a fast-paced environment with lots of variety, and you aren’t afraid of working hardto get things done. You’re someone who likessparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional. It would be great if you have a special interest in technology.

Hours of work are:

• Thursday- 5pm to 9pm
• Sunday - 3 to 9pm

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
• Knowledge and passion for all aspects of this department
