Mechanical Engineer

We are partnered with a well-established OEM manufacturer that is experiencing substantial growth. Due to this growth they are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

• Take new product ideas and product support projects from concept to production by managing engineering project activities and priorities while coordinating with sales, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality.
• Use engineering principles, proprietary design tools, and internal design criteria to develop new product concepts or enhanced features for existing products.
• Create 3‑D models, assemblies, and 2‑D prints as needed to validate concepts, detail designs, and communicate design intent.
• Specify and supervise product validation testing required to validate new concepts and designs, including documenting test results of standardized tests.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• 2+ years' experience working with mechanical systems.
• Experience with CAD systems, preferably Solid Works.
• Preferred experience with basic manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Familiar with engineering standards and work processes.
