Wright is looking for a Model-Based Controls روانEngineer with 5 years of experience to be part of a growing R&D team focused on power generation. This is a hands‑on position to rapidly prototype power electronic and control systems for motor and generator applications. Requirements for this position include:

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience is required

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with MBSE using Matlab Simulink (Simscape Electrical, Embedded Coder, etc.)
• Experience with embedded firmware development
• Experience with prototype and product development
• Ability to work with and engage team members across departments
• Experience with motors, drives, and power electronics
• Experience with generators and micro‑grids
• Experience with CANBUS development

Location:

Malta, NY. On‑site presence is preferred with possibility of remote work in New York, Virginia, and California.
