This leading engineering firm is expanding its Transportation Team in New York and is seeking a Transportation Planner. In this position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, spearhead project development, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in engineering work. • Lead the planning and execution of multimodal transportation projects
• Manage and mentor a team of planners and analysts
• Coordinate with public agencies, consultants, and community stakeholders
• Oversee transportation studies, modeling, and policy development
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership, boards, and the public

• Bachelor's or Master's in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in transportation planning, with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of transportation systems, modeling tools, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
• Experience with GIS, travel demand modeling, and data visualization tools
