Responsibilities- Advise project management team on improvements and new strategies.
- Measure and estimate building and material costs for projects.
- Prepare reports about projected building costs.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders in the preparation of estimates and cost plans, including KPI AI tracking progress, schedule tracing, and manpower loading.
- Validate installed quantities versus reported physical progress by CM and versus engineering drawings; provide supporting costs for contractor work authorizations.
- Maintain KPI dashboards updated weekly with accurate cost and progress data.
- Reduce cost variance and improve predictability of project budgets.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Possess a working knowledge of Cumming's tools, systems, and procedures.
- Have a solid understanding of BIM fundamentals.
- Read and interpret various documents such as Arch, Civil, Structural, MEP, Geotech, Site Logistics, and Schedules.
- Communicate with various stakeholders, internal and external to the company.
- Multi‑task, prioritize, and work efficiently.
- Perform at high levels in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing work environment.
- Rely on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Utilize effective written and oral communication skills.
Education and Experience
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
- 10+ years of BIM experience post‑undergraduate degree in a related field.
- Prior experience on large‑scale semiconductor, manufacturing, life‑sciences, or data‑center projects is preferred.
- Capability to use AI tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
The salary range for this full‑time role is $‑$ per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
