Faculty are subject‑matter experts who are expected to participate in departmental and campus‑wide activities to support students in meeting learning outcomes.

• Master’s Degree in Biology required.
• Experience working in the Biology field required.

• Provide instruction focused on teaching and learning to assure students meet all course outcomes and classroom objectives.
• Participate in professional development activities that develop and enhance teaching and facilitation skills.
• Participate in campus‑wide initiatives supporting recruitment, retention, and graduation goal attainment, including monitoring, adjusting when needed, and assessing classroom program retention/graduation and meeting with program advisors regularly to discuss student performance and academic concerns.
• Fulfill all administrative duties related to instructional responsibilities.

$45–65 per hour based on credentials and experience.
