Orthopedic Surgeon: Adult Reconstruction

The growing physician owned and led practice seeks a fellowship-trained board-certified or board-eligible Adult Reconstruction Orthopaedic Surgeon to join the premier MSK group in Northeastern New York. Headquartered in the Capital Region, the group is comprised of 36 sub-specialty surgeons, 8 pain management physicians and 1 primary care sports medicine physician supported by 45 Advanced Practice Providers. This supportive and collegial team environment offers an opportunity to grow and thrive amongst leading experts in the field of orthopaedics.

The practice provides care throughout the Northeastern corridor of New York with an immediate market area of approx. 1.25M in the surrounding counties while additionally drawing from Canada, Vermont, Massachusetts and NYC metro. To better care for this aging population and to support physician retirements, the practice seeks an Adult Reconstruction Orthopaedic Surgeon. Interested physician must be willing to provide surgical care in both an inpatient and outpatient settings.

Surgeon will have the opportunity for block time at any of our three physician owned ASCs (with 4th opening in 2026).

The physician will have their primary clinic hours in our Albany, NY clinic with opportunities to have additional clinic time in our Schenectady and Saratoga area clinics.

Job Qualifications

• Must be fellowship trained
• Must be board certified or eligible
• Must be able to obtain NYS license

Starting salary is $300,000/annually
