We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing top-tier service. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely resolutions, and a positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy.

Provide information, guidance, and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Process orders, track requests, and manage account documentation efficiently.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly.

Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy within the company systems.

Qualifications
