We have an exciting full-time opportunity to be creative and help local companies look good! Goldilocks Promos in Latham, NY is looking for a full-time graphic designer/office admin/laser engraver operator to help with their small business.

We are a one stop shop for marketing needs including custom merch, promotional products, apparel, trade show signage, awards, and personalized gifts. Quality is really important to us and what sets us apart, as well as our focus on graphic design.

The ideal candidate would have experience with graphic design, specifically using Adobe Illustrator. The main responsibilities would be to create vendor ready artwork, create proofs and vendor ready output files for apparel or promo products, and run our laser engraver to produce awards, plaques, drinkware, and more. You will be trained on everything, so we’re really just looking for someone enthusiastic who can put up with us all day.

• Quality checking orders when they are complete for any misprints or errors
• Helping with marketing like social media posts
• Create client presentations
• Letting clients know their order is complete via email or phone
• Heat pressing apparel with transfers
• Assisting in the design and creation of self-promo products
• Possible pickup/deliveries of orders
• Ordering and maintaining supplies

• Adobe Illustrator
• Sense of humor

• Able to lift 50lbs

• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm in person at our office in Latham/Albany

Rate of compensation: $19-21/hr
