You will join our Vertical Construction group as a Construction Management Intern in Schenectady, New York. Though tied to our NYC office, you will work on a project site in Schenectady.

• Support construction project managers on project design, compliance, site construction and evaluation.
• Review RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes and project documents.
• Create and maintain construction schedules.
• Prepare estimates and contractor proposals, ensuring schedule and budget remain within acceptable parameters.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited program.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

• 3.0 GPA.
• Previous internship related to your field of study.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $65,000.00; pay will be hourly based on hours worked. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
