As our new Construction Manager, you will be part of our Project Management Group based out of Syracuse, NY, but you will be located on specific project assignments throughout the United States and possibly Canada.

• Assist in development of plans, schedules, and work alongside other superintendents, supervisors, administrators on project related activities.
• Actively work with the Senior Construction Manager in the management of the overall project construction scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead the on‑site project team management for smaller scale projects.
• Manage subcontractor contracts in coordination with the Senior Construction Manager.
• Assist Senior Construction Manager and Project Management teams with the change order process, including proper notification and supporting data gathering/organization for Project Manager review and processing.
• Participate actively in creating a safety culture in the office and at the jobsite.
• Serve as Project Site Safety Leader (in absence of full‑time EHS Supervisor).
• Estimate cost of materials, labor, and use of equipment required to successfully manage change during a project.
• Assist in planning the execution of the startup, commissioning, and closeout processes.

• Associate degree plus 2+ years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or CM discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience in a professional construction management role, with specific experience in procurement support and managing multi‑discipline construction projects.
• Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications and interpret data.
• Experience in construction sequencing and planning, construction scheduling/durations, safety planning, means and methods.
• Travel could be up to 80% depending on projects.
• OSHA 30‑hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).
• OSHA 40‑hour Hazwoper Certification (preferred).
