• Take and process customer orders for aggregates and asphalt.
• Ensure orders are entered accurately in the system.
• Verify that the product the customer is ordering is correct for that job or project.
• Schedule deliveries and dispatch trucks.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external customers and other stakeholders.
• Organize and send requested reports and/or order information to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Candidate must be energetic and customer‑friendly with the ability to work in a fast‑paced team atmosphere that focuses around the customer in the aggregates, asphalt & construction industry.
• Strong computer skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
• Demonstrate a willingness to work overtime.
• Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates ability to conform to and maintain MSHA, OSHA, DOT and all other company or governmental state rules and regulations.
• Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.
• Drug screen and background check required before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.

• Dispatch or industry experience preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred.
