We are seeking a highly dedicated, dynamic, and experienced Estimator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in the construction industry to contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estimating the costs of various types of construction projects such as commercial, multifamily, warehouse, distribution center, schools, healthcare, and hospitality.
The Estimator will play a crucial role in our team, working closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver accurate and competitive estimations.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver detailed cost estimates for various construction projects including but not limited to commercial buildings, multifamily residences, warehouses, distribution centers, schools, healthcare facilities, and hospitality establishments.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand the scope and requirements of each project.Review architectural plans and prepare quantity take-offs to ensure accurate project estimates.Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure they are complete and competitive.Participate in the negotiation and awarding of contracts.Use specialized software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.Keep up-to-date with the latest materials, technology, and trends in the construction industry.Prepare and present cost reports and findings to senior management.Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary.Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.Proven experience estimating projects in commercial, multifamily, warehouse, distribution center, schools, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in using estimating software and data analysis tools.Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.Knowledge of the latest construction materials, technology, and trends.A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently when required.Interested in hearing more?
