With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, this company offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage diverse construction initiatives.

About the Role:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final delivery. You will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and procurement of materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
