OPEN POSITIONS:

FOOD SERVICE & DELIVERY ASSISTANT – $16.00/hour - Meal prep & delivery to the YMCA’s School Age Childcare Program sites in the Albany area.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS/GED is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation is required
  .
• Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Serv Safe Food Handler Certification is preferred.

Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community.

• CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 60 days of hire)
• Excellent human relation skills, problem-solving, good organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of the YMCA and its capacity to build strong kids, families and communities. The ability to articulate and model YMCA’s four core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibilities are essential.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Full Time at 6 hours daily (30 hours per week)
• Selected candidate will be processed through the DMV's License Event Notification Service (LENS) for driving history.
