  Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualification

• 84 months of experience using fundamental Business Analyst processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile, Business Process Reengineering (BRP), SWOT Analysis, Gap Analysis, Data Analysis, User Stories, and Process Mapping.
• 84 months of experience gathering, tracking and communicating requirements from 30 or more project participants.
• 84 months of experience in creating, analyzing and revising system diagrams, including Flowchart/Process Map, Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Product Roadmap.
• 84 months of experience verifying that written requirements are correct & complete during the analysis phase and validating that requirements meet business needs during testing.
• 84 months of experience in a Business Analyst title.
• 48 months of experience working for a government agency.
• 48 months of experience working on 2 or more projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or greater; provide copies of all degrees.
