This newly created role will provide day‑to‑day dedicated product support for the Market Analytics product‑suite, ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively. The position works collaboratively with Sales and Product teams to provide Voice of Customer input for an improved customer experience. Additionally, the role supports a Market Analytics Executive Consultant in proactively identifying impactful use cases and industry analysis to drive improved sales performance and custom projects that support client business needs.

Responsibilities- Conduct training sessions to help customers understand and maximize the use of the product features and functionalities.
- Handle custom data requests and assist customers in exploring use cases relevant to their business needs.
- Gather and provide Voice of Customer feedback to the product team for potential enhancements or improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product updates to provide informed support and advice to customers.
- Report to and support the Market Analytics Executive Consultant in creating custom presentations and analysis tailored to client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product support or customer service, preferably in a market analytics or sales performance environment.
- OEM experience compiling data from multiple sources to create analytics and insights for leaders and executives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to conduct training sessions and support customer presentations.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and software, with a strong understanding of data management and reporting.
- Direct experience in automotive industry analysis, ideally at an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in an operations‑related role such as Sales & Incentive Planning, Distribution, or Dealer Development.
- Experience in a related consulting role within the automotive industry.
- 5‑10 years of applicable experience in market analytics or a similar field.
- Familiarity with custom data request processes and use case exploration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and support senior consultants in project execution.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for product improvement.
Anticipated base salary range: $85,000 to $95,000 (may vary by geographic location). The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits. For more information on the benefits we provide to our employees, visit
