Make a difference in your community. ECLARO is looking for an Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants for our client in Albany, NY. Responsibilities
  • Must be able to provide high-level admin support.
  • Answers phone calls concerning policy or procedure and directing them to appropriate staff.
  • Setting up and coordinating meetings for senior staff.
  • Receive and process mail, fax documents and photocopying as needed.
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Prepares letters, closes incident and complaint reports.
  • Daily office operational functions as needed by senior management.
  • Ad hoc assignments if priorities change.
  • Orient other support staff if needed.

Pay Rate: $17.00-$21.00/Hour

Required Qualifications
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individuals able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
  • Willing and able to multitask and move from assignment to assignment as deadlines and priorities change.
  • Have knowledge of office administration and management; proper grammar, punctuation and spelling; business communications and ability to take notes is necessary.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Two-year minimum experience working in a professional office setting.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, SharePoint and Excel).
  • The ability to enter data into, and extract data from, electronic databases.
  • The ability to work independently and on a team with different personalities.
  • The ability to handle multiple, shifting priorities.
  • Good organizational skills, including an ability to organize information into reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Certification in Microsoft Office products.
  • Previous experience with the Statewide Financial System.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of the Health Commerce System (HCS).
  • Experience with various DOH platform software.
  • Knowledge and experience with computer information systems and computer programming.
