Salary range : $76,393.14 - $88,173.65 per annum dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.

The City of Albany's Engineering and Assets Team is looking for a motivated administrator who can work independently and under guidance, exercise judgement, and is looking to build their project administration career.
This key position is responsible for general and specialised administrative support to the Infrastructure, Development & Environment Directorate and will report to the Team Leader of Civil Infrastructure. Duties include and are not limited to; managing project information, coordinating meetings, handling customer and stakeholder inquiries and supporting financial processes such as purchase order reconciliation and liaising with suppliers. Organised, proactive, and ready to work independently. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement, is honest, hardworking and is eager to develop their project administration expertise.
The successful candidate will also need sound communication and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Experience in Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook), and experience with general project administration software tools to desirable.
