We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day‑to‑day operations. This role combines secretarial duties with basic bookkeeping responsibilities, providing essential support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and filing documents.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and payroll support.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as reconciling accounts and maintaining ledgers.
  • Provide organizational support for meetings, events, and projects.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative support and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
