Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and lead a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational efficiency and productivity goals. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and safety standards, and the ability to optimize workflows to improve overall warehouse performance.

This role is critical in maintaining smooth distribution, shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes while ensuring all operations meet company policies, quality standards, and industry best practices.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates, providing training, performance feedback, and scheduling support.
• Monitor and optimize inventory management processes, including cycle counts, stock accuracy, and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain high standards for workplace safety, OSHA compliance, and warehouse organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and workflow processes.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory systems.
• Track and report warehouse KPIs, including productivity, order accuracy, and shipping timelines.
• Resolve operational issues, elevate concerns when necessary, and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Ensure all documentation and operational procedures remain aligned with established SOPs and warehouse policies.
