Airgas is Hiring for a Microbulk Driver in Albany, Ga! We are looking for you !

• Pay: $26/Hr.
• Average 45-55 hour work week
• Enjoy being home every night
• Monday-Friday schedule with the occasional weekend
• Shifts start at 6am or 3pm-4pm; we are looking for the flexibility to support both start times

  Macon to Tallahassee to Tifton to Columbus and connecting the communities in between

Airgas is currently looking for a CDL B Microbulk Driver w/ X endorsements to support our National Carbonation Division. In this role, you will be dedicated to supporting roughly 15 - 20 deliveries of CO2 products and related supplies to established customers along assigned routes while supporting each unit to ensure that it is operating excellently and effectively.

• Support the transfer of product from the Airgas truck to the customer tank through hose hook up.
• Carefully review vehicles before and after use according to DOT and company maintenance checklists.
• Loading Microbulk tanks and filling customer‑owned Microbulk tanks as assigned.
• Partner with field service technicians with CO2 tank installations & repair work to support our shared goals.
• Help maintain DOT, SAFECOR, and Airgas vehicle documents, helping our team stay accurate and compliant.
• Help keep the route truck in safe working order and ensure that routine and required maintenance occurs on a timely basis.

Are you a MATCH?

• Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker & Airbrake endorsements
• Maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card & endorsements
• No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at‑fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at‑fault accident in the last 3 years
• No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years
• Must be able to work in a drug‑free environment
• Be able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment
• Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 12 months

• 2 years of route driver experience
• 1 year of tanker experience
