- Provides customer service and responds to visitor inquiries.
- Maintains HIPAA standards related to Privacy and Security.
- Maintains CPR Certification.
- Performs duties to maintain the cleanliness of the building, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning countertops, removing trash, and cleaning trash cans.
- May be required to shampoo carpets and strip and wax floors.
- Moves and arranges furniture as requested.
- Opens/unlocks and/or closes/locks the building daily.
- On occasion, may work nontraditional and/or weekend hours as assigned to support health department activities.
- Acts as a courier within the building and between the post office and the district health office, etc.
- On occasion, works outside to set up tents, tables, chairs, equipment, etc. to support special events.
- This position will require driving company vehicles.
- Responds to Public Health Emergencies.
Any combination of training and experience that would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position requires the ability to bend and reach up and involves pushing, pulling, and some heavy lifting.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance.
- One or more years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

This position may require driving company vehicles (Valid driver’s license required) and working some evenings and weekends during special events such as health fairs and responding to disasters.
