Carpenter​/Laborer; Plant

Overview

We are seeking versatile and hardworking Carpenters/Laborers to support our Plant Division within the execution of a multi-year project in Albany, GA. This is a dual-scope role between high-precision carpentry tasks and general site labor. You will support projects across the full lifecycle—from initial earthwork and concrete pours to the installation of complex process piping and industrial equipment.

• Carpentry:
  General framing, building temporary platforms, and constructing safety railings.
• Earthwork:
  Hand-digging, grading, and installing trench shoring.
• Site Labor:
  Trenching, underground utilities, cleaning work areas, moving materials, and spotting for heavy equipment.
• Concrete:
  Build and set forms, install anchor bolts, and assist with pours/stripping.
• Mechanical Support:
  Helping move process piping and grouting equipment base plates.

• Previous experience working within a plant, refinery, or heavy construction environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with circular saws, miter saws, drills, levels, and laser levels is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and production.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening/physical.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work out of town as required by project schedules.
• Authorized to work in the US.
