We are seeking a skilled and dependable Farm Equipment Mechanic to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our agricultural and construction equipment operating efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical expertise, experience with engine repair, and in-depth knowledge of agricultural power equipment brands. • Diagnose, determine, and perform maintenance and repair needs on agricultural and construction equipment.
• Perform engine repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting on diesel and gas‑powered equipment.
• Provide working knowledge of construction and agricultural power equipment brands.
• Make required repairs and complete scheduled and preventative maintenance.
• Utilize tools and shop equipment properly and return all tools to their designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records, including:
  • List of all repairs and maintenance performed
  • Current equipment status and condition
  • Parts used and parts needed for future repairs
• Communicate clearly with management by providing information about equipment performance, issues, and recommendations.
• Follow all established safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

• Must have 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Farm Equipment Mechanic, Agricultural Mechanic, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery, construction equipment, engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform effective repairs.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
