FLOOR COATING TECHNICIAN

Pay: USD 13.00 per hour, based on experience.

We are looking for a Floor Coating Technician. This person will help with the preparation and application of floor coatings and with other industrial/construction related projects. A clean background is required. No misdemeanors or felonies. Must be able to travel.

• Various construction and industrial projects to include drywall installation, framing, preparation and application of floor coatings.
• Preparing job sites, demolition, grinding, cleaning, debris removal and more.
• Proper utilization of tools (saws, hammers, nail guns, drills, etc.).
• Keep work areas picked up and free of debris; ensure tools are returned to the proper location.
• Follow all established safety policies and procedures; wear all required PPE (gloves, safety goggles or glasses, safety vests, hard hats if required).
• All other duties as assigned.

• Motivated individuals who are looking to learn a trade; willingness to learn and be on time.
• Clean background; must be able to travel out of town.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to wear required PPE including steel-toed boots.
• Dependable, on time, and motivated to complete the job accurately, safely and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively; basic math skills; ability to understand written/verbal instruction.
• Physical ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary.
