Parts Wholesale Warehouse Counter Associate

Powerhouse Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Wholesale Warehouse Counter Associate to support our high-volume wholesale parts operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers while ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and efficient warehouse operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who can balance counter service with warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist wholesale customers at the counter with parts lookup, orders, and pickups
• Accurately pull, stage, and verify parts for wholesale and internal orders
• Process invoices, credits, and returns following dealership procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Communicate with parts managers, delivery drivers, and dealership teams
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and counter area
• Follow loss prevention, safety, and inventory control procedures
• Use dealership DMS and parts catalog systems (training provided)

• Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred (wholesale experience a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask between counter service and warehouse duties
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
