Hourly rate ranges from $18.98 to $19.23 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee and be accountable for store operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management.
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
