• Help shape members’ shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.
• Ensure the parking lot is well kept and that carts are ready and available.
• Assist members with loading their vehicles and support a great member experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude by greeting, thanking members and providing exceptional customer service.
• Keep the area clean, neat, and member‑ready.
• Resolve member issues, including pickup order delays and unavailable items, and promote company products and services.
• Conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise safely, and report unsafe situations.
• Assist with payments, use cash registers, and locate/organize merchandise.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to complete tasks efficiently.
