Retail Inventory Associate – Driver - Mornings

Starting Wage: $14.50 - $16.50 hourly

Employment Type: Part‑time. Flexible schedule with a focus on early mornings and occasional late nights.

Location: Eligible drivers within the state of residence with a valid driver’s license for at least 36 consecutive months.

• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and company safety requirements.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count, record, and report inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.

• Participate in ongoing training and share process improvements.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, Driver or Warehouse roles preferred (no inventory experience required; training provided).
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistent performance.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Encouraged to apply if you have no degree, no experience, are returning to the workforce, or have military experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and late nights.

• Productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 per hour in the first six months, with a maximum of $5.00.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands for repetitive motions, and perform tasks such as squatting, kneeling, crouching, stair climbing, and ladder use. It may involve lifting up to 25 lbs., traveling by car or plane, and occasional overnight stays.
