Retail Inventory Associate – Driver - Mornings
Starting Wage: $14.50 - $16.50 hourly
Employment Type: Part‑time. Flexible schedule with a focus on early mornings and occasional late nights.
Location: Eligible drivers within the state of residence with a valid driver’s license for at least 36 consecutive months.
What You Will Do- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and company safety requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count, record, and report inventory with precision.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
- Represent the company positively, upholding core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- Participate in ongoing training and share process improvements.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, Driver or Warehouse roles preferred (no inventory experience required; training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistent performance.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Encouraged to apply if you have no degree, no experience, are returning to the workforce, or have military experience.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and late nights.
- Productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 per hour in the first six months, with a maximum of $5.00.
