Quality Control Manager

The facility includes state-of-the-art blending equipment, packaging systems, and a full-service wax laboratory dedicated to research and development, quality control, and product evaluation. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager based in Albany, GA. The Quality Control Manager will oversee and ensure the quality of products and processes, including implementing quality control standards, supervising testing procedures, and analyzing results to maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role involves monitoring production operations to ensure high-quality standards, investigating quality issues, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

• Strong understanding of Quality Control and Assurance processes, testing procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Experience in leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and chemical industry regulations is highly beneficial
• Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Albany, Georgia and oversee quality control operations effectively
