Schedule/Ratios: 12s, EOW, 1:6 days & nights
Requirements: 2+ years, BLS + NIHSS (ACLS preferred)
Patient mix:
High-acuity med/surg (CHF/COPD/renal/dialysis, GI bleed, wounds/post-op overflow)
Float/Other:
Float to acute care/cardiac + ED holds; strict attendance; no artificial/shellac nails
