Join the CHSGa team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Assist patients with daily living activities, transportation, feeding, and health observations. Full‑time CNAs are needed for day, evening, and night shifts; part‑time CNAs are available for the evening shift.

Shifts:

7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., 11 p.m.–7 a.m. (8‑hour shifts).

Pay range: $15.75–$18.15 per hour, based on experience and facility level. Wage shift differentials for second/third shifts. Pay is received every Friday (weekly).

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Transport patients to and from dining areas and assist with feeding.
• Record and report patient health observations (skin integrity, elimination, pain, sleep, etc.).
• Take and record patient vitals: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and weight.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Support administrative duties, including answering phones, call lights, opening doors, and accommodating porch visits.

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia.
• Excellent communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and shift flexibility for day/evening shifts.
• Alignment with the organization’s values, standards, and beliefs.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to maintain successful working relationships with patients, family members, supervisors, and fellow associates.
