We are seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of a productive agricultural farm. This leadership role is responsible for managing farm activities, optimizing production, and supervising a team of 12-15 employees.

• Oversee and manage all daily farm operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and lead a team of 12-15 farm employees, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute planting, harvesting, irrigation, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor crop health, equipment usage, and overall farm performance.
• Implement and enforce farm safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Manage labor scheduling, task assignments, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership on production goals, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

• Proven experience as a Farm Manager, Agricultural Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural operations, crop production, and farm management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a farm or agricultural environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced agricultural setting.
