Georgia-Licensed Attorneys Wanted

Contract Real Estate Closing Attorneys – Statewide Opportunities | Flexible Schedule | Consistent Volume

Atlanta Signature has built one of Georgia’s most trusted and extensive networks of contract real estate closing attorneys. We partner with leading real estate brokerages, agents, lenders, and national title companies to deliver efficient, borrower-convenient closings across the state, while maintaining strict compliance with Georgia’s attorney-supervision and disbursement requirements.

We are actively expanding our roster and seeking licensed Georgia attorneys to serve as Contract Closing Attorneys for residential and commercial real estate closings.

This independent-contractor role is ideal for:

• Experienced closing attorneys seeking steady, flexible volume
• Attorneys in other practice areas looking to diversify income
• Newly licensed or returning attorneys interested in developing real estate closing expertise (training provided)

• Consistent, year-round statewide closing opportunities
• Residential and commercial closings
• Fully prepared, lender-approved document packages delivered electronically
• Clear written procedures, checklists, and expectations for every file
• Dedicated in-house legal and scheduling support available 7 days a week
• E&O insurance coverage for closings performed under our agreement
• Complete control over your schedule, counties covered, and weekly volume
• Twice-monthly payments (2nd and 16th) with detailed invoicing
• No non-compete restricting your separate legal practice

• Conduct real estate closings at borrower-preferred locations within your selected counties
• Contact borrowers the same day a closing order is received to confirm acknowledgment and scheduling
• Review all closing instructions, loan documents, and settlement statements prior to appointments
• Ensure full compliance with Georgia’s attorney-closing, notarization, witness, and certified-funds requirements
• Verify borrower identification and closing conditions
• Ensure accurate execution, notarization, and witnessing of all documents
• Ship original wet-signed packages same or next business day via traceable carrier; provide scan-backs when requested
• Maintain confidentiality and protect all client information
• Submit invoices in accordance with firm guidelines

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing (required)
• Real estate closing experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to travel within your selected counties
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent client-service skills
• Access to notary services and ability to manage closing supplies/equipment
• Reliable transportation
• Laptop/tablet and portable printer/scanner strongly preferred

Attorneys with limited or no closing experience will receive:

• One-on-one training
• Shadowing opportunities with experienced closers
• Ongoing mentorship and support until fully confident
