Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Preferred Credentials: ONS if want to do chemo - 2 years of experience required in specialty
• Types of Patients on Unit:
  Acute oncology symptoms, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, sickle cell crisis, hematology, medical overflow, oncology, end of life care
• Unit/Facility Details:
  Oncology - 7th floor and outpatient; travelers will only work on floor; 29 beds
• Tele:
  Yes, central monitor, not a requirement to read strips
• Shift & Scheduling:
  Weekend requirement – Every other weekend;
  Holidays rotate with staff
• Floating Requirements:
  Rarely, to medical acute
• Time off: 7 days maximum
• References: 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor type) required for submission; 1 reference from last 3 years required for submission
• Driver’s license required for submission
