• Provide Outpatient assessment services (BHA, ARA, and SPD) via telehealth.
• Maintain collaborative documentation and keep all required trainings and certifications up to date.
• Attend staff meetings and work as a team player with all programs and staff in the agency.
• Maintain productivity and complete all other duties as assigned.

• Master's Degree in Counseling or related field.
• State licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Equipment that requires safe and effective use: NONE.

  Duties and Responsibilities:
  
  Employees are expected to perform their work in a competent and efficient manner.
• Duties Include:
  
  Staff will provide Outpatient assessment services via telehealth; staff will provide quality collaborative documentation, maintain trainings and certifications, and attend trainings.
• Staff will attend staff meetings as required and be a team player with all programs and staff in the agency.
• Staff will maintain productivity as required and complete all other duties as assigned.
