Mental Health, Behavior Technician/RBT
Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a remote clinical role. This full-time position pays $50-65 per hour and offers a flexible schedule within a supportive, balanced work environment. Our mission is to positively impact the lives of children with autism and their families by cultivating a culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, and individualized, high-quality ABA treatment.
Ad Astra provides the tools and resources needed to support excellent clinical work. Team members receive a company-issued laptop and phone, paid drive time when applicable, PTO, sick time, mileage reimbursement, CEU opportunities, and ongoing in-house training. Full-time staff have access to medical, dental, and vision benefits. We are committed to supporting professional growth while maintaining realistic workloads and strong clinical systems.
In this role, you will provide remote clinical supervision and leadership by developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and using data to guide clinical decision-making. You will collaborate closely with technicians, families, and interdisciplinary partners, provide ongoing feedback and training to support technician performance, and contribute to a cohesive, team-based clinical culture. Active clinical involvement during supervision is expected, including maintaining camera use during telehealth sessions unless clinically appropriate, providing meaningful feedback throughout sessions, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation.
Attendance tracking and participation in periodic audits and quality assurance reviews are required to support consistency, accountability, and high-quality client care. Occasional attendance at IEP or IFSP meetings may be required to support care coordination and advocate for client needs.
We uphold collaboration, innovation, and excellence in applied behavior analysis, while prioritizing the well-being of both our clients and our staff in all aspects of our work.
Applicants must hold a master's degree and current BCBA certification, demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and be able to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet access and a private workspace suitable for telehealth services are required. Spanish-speaking skills are valued but not required.
