The Loan Enterprise Solutions Specialist plays a vital role in that mission, bringing empathy, precision, and presence to every interaction, as they work diligently to support their teammates and clients behind the scenes.

• Loan processing for all types of loans—commercial, consumer and real‑estate
• Post loan closing processing, review, and perfection
• Loan monitoring and reporting
• Review daily reports and balance GLs
• UCC management
• Insurance tracking
• Perform loan maintenance requests as needed within the bank’s core system
• Assist with bank audit processes
• Provide support for client‑facing associates related to loan origination and perfection

• Familiarity with various collateral types and requirements for security perfection
• Familiarity with loan‑related regulations and compliance documentation
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized, maintaining accuracy under pressure
• Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures with consistency and integrity
• Technologically proficient; experience with Microsoft Office and digital banking systems preferred
• Familiarity with Jack Henry Silverlake and Finastra Laser Pro preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client care
