Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Structural Engineer located in Albany, GA. The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for conducting structural analyses, performing accurate calculations, and designing solutions for a variety of projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing structural and civil engineering designs, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and collaborating with project teams to ensure project goals are met.
Additional responsibilities include supervising junior engineers and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong proficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering principles
- Experience with Civil Engineering and related design practices
- Advanced skills in Calculations and problem-solving for complex structural projects
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering field
- 5+ years of industry experience in structural or civil engineering
