Practice Details

• Outpatient-only, hospital-employed role with no inpatient responsibilities
• Multiple practice locations to choose from!
• Join a team of physicians and NPs with full support staff and an experienced practice manager
• Expanding clinic with 12 new exam rooms and an additional procedure room underway
• On-site diagnostics, including x-ray, lab draw area with same-day results, and minor procedures

Schedule

• Standard 4-day workweek, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with one late clinic weekly
• No weekend responsibilities
• Clinic-only call, low volume, rotating every 6+ weeks
• Patient volume goal of 20-24 per day with structured appointment times

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with additional quality and productivity incentives
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and first-year living allowance

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• U.S.
  
  -trained or foreign medical graduates with completed U.S. residency
• Comfort with full-scope primary care; geriatrics experience a plus
