Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment. Bonus of 100% shared practice profits. M-F 8-5 with time split evenly between clinic and OR. Call required 7 days/month; extra pay for extra call. Generous student loan repayment assistance, if needed.
