Ophthalmology Role with Low Daily Volume and IMLC Flexibility

Practice Setting

• Inpatient hospital setting
• Level 2 trauma center
• Support from standard hospital staff

Schedule

• Ongoing need for 7-day blocks per month
  • 24-hour call for each day of assignment
  • 24-hour call blocks

Procedures and Cases

• Adults only
• Consults, rounding, and emergent procedures
• 2-4 procedures per day
• Must be comfortable managing globe ruptures

Requirements

• Board Certified in Ophthalmology
• Active GA license or IMLC LOQ accepted
• BLS and DEA required
