Locums Interventional Radiologist in Georgia - IR Only
Light interventional radiology assignment in Georgia with block scheduling and no diagnostic reads; spring dates still open.
Highlights- IR only; no general radiology required
- Full-week blocks;
Monday to Monday - 24-hour call while onsite; hotel-based after hours
- Over 300 locums days available annually
- Inpatient hospital with technologist, ED, and lab team support
- Collaborative, not-for-profit environment
- Uses Meditech, PACS, and Vocera
- Choose 1-3 weeks per month
- Blocks run Monday-Monday, 7am-5pm daily with 24-hour call
- Weekends: in-house 8am-12pm, then hotel call
- Flexible month-to-month availability
- Core IR only: nephrostomy, biliary drains, image-guided biopsies, GI bleeds
- Adults only; no pediatrics
- No diagnostic imaging reads
- Board Certified in Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology
- Active Georgia license or open to IMLC physicians
- BLS and DEA required
- All-inclusive rate; physician books own travel
- Hotel-based call coverage when offsite
