SAM Service, Inc. is seeking a dependable, tech‑savvy Customer Service Representative to join our corporate office in Albany, GA. This is a fast‑paced role where you will consistently handle customer calls, emails, and internal coordination to ensure accurate, timely service.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls in a fast‑paced environment

* Handle customer emails consistently throughout the day

* Enter customer information and service orders into internal systems with accuracy

* Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries promptly

* Coordinate with fellow branches to provide clear, accurate customer updates

* Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships

* Follow established company procedures and service standards

* Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications

* High school diploma (required)

* Exceptionally strong skills with computers, tablets, and smartphones

* Excellent communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities

* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

* On‑call availability as needed

* Must pass pre‑employment and random drug screenings

* Must live in - or be willing to relocate to - the Albany, GA area
