Entry-Level Parts & Service Advisor Assistant

Ridezilla Albany is hiring a motivated, dependable Entry-Level Parts & Service Advisor Assistant to support our busy Parts and Service departments. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the powersports industry while learning directly from experienced dealership professionals.

No prior dealership experience is required — we will train the right person.

The Parts & Service Advisor Assistant plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by assisting customers, supporting Parts and Service Advisors, and helping manage work orders and parts requests. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

• Greet and assist customers with basic parts and service questions
• Support Parts and Service Advisors with daily administrative and customer needs
• Help process work orders, repair orders, and parts requests
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling service appointments
• Maintain clean, organized parts and service areas
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone

• Entry-level role — previous experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Interest in motorcycles, ATVs, or powersports is a plus
